A Plan and Protocol for “Re-Assembling”

9:30 – 10:15 AM Discovery Time
Adults: Upstairs Sanctuary
Children: Infants – Senior High School: Downstairs Graded Classrooms

10:30 AM Family Worship Service

Scripture Adventure during Family Worship following Prayer / Praise

Our Service Time will be limited to approximately one hour including Partnership; Prayer; Praise; and Proclamation!

This is our current plan which will be adjusted as necessary and needed as we proceed.

Protocol

(In accordance with the Guidelines, Suggestions, and Recommendations of the Harford County Government, Maryland Department of Health, Governor’s Executive Order, and the Center for Disease Control)

We will be on presenting on Facebook Live for those who are not able to attend, or may choose not to attend at this time, or who may be vulnerable and in higher risk category. We also will be posting to the YouTube channel sometime following!

We encourage physical distancing as far as possible and reasonable while at and in FC.

Face coverings are no longer required per Maryland Strong: Roadmap to Recovery which indicates: “MASK MANDATE LIFTED. Effective May 15, Marylanders who are fully vaccinated are no longer required to wear masks indoors or outdoors. However, private businesses and workplaces are free to put in place their own policies or guidance. Local jurisdictions are free to use their own emergency powers on these matters.”

Exceptions
If, due to a bona fide disability or medical condition, it would be unsafe for the person to do so; to the extent wearing a Face Covering would impede communication by or with persons who have a hearing impairment or other disability, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication; to the extent wearing a Face Covering would make it impossible to receive services requiring access to the face, mouth, or head, including without limitation, dental care, shaving, and facial treatments; while consuming food or beverages.

We have anti-bacterial soap in our dispensers (we encourage hand washing for 20 seconds!and will have hand sanitizer available. (We encourage you to bring your own hand sanitizer and use as you enter the building.)

We will not have coffee service at the present time.

We are thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting highly used areas as necessary.

We have spaced our rows so you can sit in any row and we encourage spacing of families (households).

We will at this time have a number of Family Connectors at the entrance to Sanctuary. We will continue to not use hymnals, out of precaution. We will use our video projection; Website; Facebook; weekly emails, and calling post alerts for communication of Ministry Highlights and Family Updates. (We are mailing our “Family Connector” weekly!)

We encourage you if you are showing any symptoms of illness, please remain at home and utilize the virtual venues for the physical health of others. (If at FC and you sense the need to sneeze or cough, please cover adequately.)
